Consent to the processing of personal data

What this document is
Consent is asked for what somebody else does with your data. There is now such a somebody: Darya Dziamidava keeps a copy of what you put into the app under your account, so that a new phone, or a second one, shows the same shelf. By accepting this document you consent to the processing described below and in the privacy policy, including the transfer of the data to Darya Dziamidava's side.
What is processed, and by whom
By the app, on your device - and by Darya Dziamidava, in the copy under your account:
- what you enter about your coloring books, pages, colours and supplies
- photographs you choose to add
- your name and your profile picture, if you give them
- the dates and times of your own activity, so the app can count your streak and draw your statistics
- your email address, the identifier of the account, and the name the sign-in method passed on
- sync metadata: the identifier of the install and the times rows were changed
The copy is held by Google (Firebase) in the European Union on Darya Dziamidava's instructions. The sign-in methods - Google and Apple - receive only the sign-in itself and nothing on this list.
On what basis
On the basis of this consent. The data is copied to Darya Dziamidava's side so that the app can show it back to you on any of your phones, and for no other purpose: not for advertising, not for analytics, and not to pass on to anybody else.
Catalogue requests
By sending a request to add or correct a coloring book, you agree that it - the title, the author, the ISBN, the page count, the cover, the comment and the identifier of your account - is read by the person who maintains the catalogue, and that, if the request is accepted, the book's details and the cover are published in the catalogue that every user receives and remain in its history. The catalogue does not say who sent a request: your name, your address and your identifier do not go into it.
Withdrawing this consent
Delete the account in the app, on the profile - with it goes everything held under it by Darya Dziamidava - or write to support@colormist.pl. The app cannot be used without an account, so withdrawing consent also ends its use. The data on this phone can be erased separately, on the same profile.
